With External Clamping Ring

The SCL3 features Two precision machined coupling hubs and precision spacer mounted to the disc packs by means of high strength screws and washers for frictional clamping of the assembly.
The hubs and spacer are aluminum while the disc packs are made from highly elastic spring steel. This precision balanced coupling has a high torsional stiffness rating, along with low inertia. This is a zero backlash solution.
