MK1 | Miniature Coupling
With Radial Set Screws
The MK1 hubs are designed with DIN 916 radial set screws and integral dismounting grooves.
A mounting groove, or flattening of the shaft is not required due to the integrated dismounting grooves.
It's operating temperature range is -30 to 110 °C (-22 to 230 °F) and it is rated for speeds up to 20,000 RPM.
Speeds in excess of 20,000 RPM are possible with the finely balanced version.
This is a low cost, backlash free, torsionally rigid solution that compensates for 3-axis of misalignment.
The bellows are made from high-grade flexible stainless steel and the hubs are aluminum.
These couplings have an infinite service life, and are maintenance free, if the technical ratings are not exceeded.
