MK2 | Miniature Bellows Coupling
With Clamping Hubs
The MK2 Miniature coupling is designed with a single radial clamping screw per hub (ISO 4762).
There is an option to make both clamping hubs completely removable.
It has an operating temperature range of -30 to 110 °C (-22 to 230 °F) and a speed rating of 10,000 RPM.
Speeds in excess of 10,000 RPM are available with finely balanced version.
These couplings have an infinite life, and are maintenance-free if the technical ratings are not exceeded.
This is a backlash free, torsionally rigid solution that compensates for 3-axis of misalignment. It features frictional connections that utilize the clamping hubs for highly dynamic applications.
Bellows are made of highly flexible high-grade stainless steel, while the hubs are aluminum.
