MKH | Miniature Coupling
With Fully Split Hubs
The MKH Miniature coupling is designed for lateral mounting with removable fully split hubs.
Each hub clamps with two (ISO 4762) screws. This coupling has an operating temperature range of -30 to 100 °C (-22 F to 212 °F).
It is suited for pre-aligned shafts and is easily mounted for a light weight, low inertia solution.
The MKH is maintenance free with an infinite lifespan when operated within the technical specifications. Brief overloads of up to 1.5x the rated torque are acceptable.
Bellows are made from highly flexible, high grade stainless steel and the hubs are made from aluminum.
While it is rated for speeds up to 10,000 RPM, speeds in excess of 10,000 RPM are available with a finely balanced version (up to G = 2.5).
Non standard applications: Custom designs with various tolerances, key-ways, materials, dimensions, etc. available upon request.
