The ST-IPM-6350 comes ready to be deployed in harsh environments. It has an operational tolerance for temperatures from -40 to 70°C (-40 to 85°C storage), humidity levels 5% to 95% RH (non-condensing). With UL Class I, Division 2 listing, CSA, CE and ABS Marine ratings, this RTU will operate reliably for years in the harshest environments and can be mounted close to the equipment it is controlling without any issues. There are five Ethernet ports on this model along with two RS232 ports and one RS485 port. It supports up to two independent networks with unique MAC and IP Addressing. Up to 16,000 Sixnet nodes or 247 Modbus nodes can be addressed, making this one of the most scalable RTUs on the market today. Modbus, Modbus TCP, DNP3, SNMP, IEC60870-5, TCP/IP, ARP, UDP, ICMP, DHCP and Sixnet UDR are supported protocols. These versatile units combine feature rich functionalities for automation applications and an open Linux operating system, delivering a scalable RTU that can take the place of several disparate pieces of hardware.
