Red Lion’s Sixnet series of RTUs provide powerful control in industrial automation applications. The VT-IPM2M-213-D comes ready to be deployed in harsh environments. It has an operational tolerance for temperatures from -40 to 70°C (-40 to 85°C storage), humidity levels 5% to 95% RH (non-condensing). With UL Class I, Division 2 listing, CSA, CE and ABS Marine ratings, this RTU will operate reliably for years in the harshest environments and can be mounted close to the equipment it is controlling without any issues. The 10/100BaseTx (auto-detecting) Ethernet port is an RJ45 with Auto Crossover that can handle TCP/IP, ARP, UDP, ICMP, DHCP, Modbus/TCP, Sixnet, optionally PPP, DNP3, IEC60870-5-101/104 protocols while Serial ports include an RS-485 Port A screws (485+, 485-, GND) (2-wire half-duplex) and RS-232 Port B RJ45 (TD, RD, CTS, RTS, CD, DTR, DSR, GND) where protocols (Master and slave modes) include Sixnet and Modbus RTU/ASCII; optional: Slave; DNP3, IEC60870-5-101/104. *Others available as Linux applications.
