The Baumer O300 sensor line is ideal for object detection in cramped spaces. The O300GLGW1J72CU has a pulsed red laser diode light source, and can reliably detect irregularly shaped or perforated objects such as printed circuit boards, mesh boxes or even donuts. It has an object detection range of 30 ... 250 mm, a response/release time < 0.25 ms and background suppression that works flawlessly even when object colors are changing rapidly. This sensor is a compact Class 1 Laser, Protection Class IP 67 with built in short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
