B3S | Screw Drive Linear Actuators

The Tolomatic B3S ball screw linear actuator is capable of accommodating heavy loads and handling high bending moments with consistent, smooth operation.
They incorporate an enclosed recirculating ball bearing system that that eliminates the need for external load guidance and delivers outstanding repeatability at 100% duty cycle with a long service life.
Choose between Ball or Acme screw types for thrust up to 2,700 lbf (12 kN). There are three different body sizes with available stroke length up to 179 in (4.5 m) and achievable speeds of up to 60 in/sec (1.5 m/sec) These actuators are built to order US customary (standard) and metric (optional) construction with load carrying capacities up to 8032 lbf (35.7 kN).

Switches

These actuators offer a range of sensing options.
There are 10 sensing choices:
DC Reed, Form A (Open) or Form C (Open or Closed); AC Reed (Triac,Open); Hall-Effect PNP (sourcing), Hall-Effect NPN (sinking) each with either flying leads or quick disconnect.

Switches contain reverse polarity protection. QD cables are shielded; shield should be terminated at flying lead end.

All switches are CE rated and are RoHS compliant.
