RSH | Hygienic Electric Actuators

Tololmatic's line of RSH hygienic electric actuators feature 316 stainless steel construction and IP69K ingress protection.
These hygienically designed all stainless steel electric actuators offer thrusts up to 7,943 lbf (35.3 kN) and have an available stroke lengths up to 48" (1.2 m).
They are the perfect solution for food and beverage applications where higher forces are required for pressing, pumping, cutting or slicing.

With a variety of stainless steel motor manufacturers, we can help you create a complete "all stainless" solution. RSH actuators are available in three "clean in place" compatible (IP69K) body sizes with ball or roller screw options.

Switches

These actuators have 6 switch options:
Reed, solid state PNP (sourcing) or solid state NPN (sinking); normally open; with flying leads or quick-disconnect.
Commonly used for end-of-stroke positioning, these switches allow clamp-on installation anywhere along the entire actuator length. The internal magnet, located on the thrust tube, is a standard feature. Switches can be installed in the field at any time and contain reverse polarity protection. All switches are CE rated, IP67 rated and are RoHS compliant. Switches feature bright red or green LED signal indicators.
