RSA-ST | Electric Linear Actuators

The Tolomatic RSA-ST series represents a set of flexible electric screw driven rod-style actuators.
RSA-ST Group These actuators combine excellent accuracy with a low-to-medium thrust capacity. The compact design and cylinder style operation make this an ideal solution for applications historically solved with pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders.
A rigid, strong aluminum housing allows for easy mounting of switches and sensors. With available IP67 ingress protection and numerous mounting options, RSA-ST electric linear rod actuators are suitable for a wide range of general motion control applications including pneumatic replacement.
They are available in six different stroke lengths: 12", 18", 24", 36", 48",60" with thrust forces that range from 130 lbf (578 N) up to 4,038 lbf (40,257 N)
They are built-to-order with an array of available Rod-End and Mounting options and are compatible with a range of motors from several manufacturers



Switches

RSA, RSX and GSA products offer a wide range of sensing choices.
There are twelve standard switch choices: reed, solid state PNP (sourcing) or solid state NPN (sinking); in normally open or normally closed; with flying leads or quick-disconnect. Commonly used for end-of-stroke positioning, these switches allow installation anywhere along the entire actuator length. The internal magnet is a standard feature.

Switches can be installed in the field at any time. Switches contain reverse polarity protection. Solid state QD cables are shielded and all switches are CE rated, RoHS compliant. Switches feature bright red or yellow LED signal indicators; solid state switches also have green LED power indicators.
