IMA | Integrated Motor Actuators

The Tolomatic IMA is an integrated linear servo actuator featuring a unique integrated servo motor design in a compact, heavy duty package.
IMA Group Available in both ball and roller screw configurations, IMA actuators can provide forces up to 6875 lbf (30.6 kN) even in high duty cycle applications with stroke lengths up to 18" (450 mm).
These durable, high force actuators utilize a standard linear servo motor available with many feedback types. Tolomatic’s integrated motor products (IMA & IMAS) also support integration with a wide range manufacturers’ servo drives.

These actuators are designed to allow for easy re-lubrication without disassembly so that minimal maintenance is needed for an extremely long service life. They are available in a food-grade coating for sanitary wash-down applications along with IP67 (IP65 Std.) and Stainless Steel options as well.
