MXB-P | Belt Drive Rodless Screw Actuators

The Tolomatic MXB-P rodless electric belt-drive actuator series is designed for applications that require moderate to heavy load carrying and guidance.
These actuators feature a profiled rail system with recirculating ball linear guides. The high precision recirculating ball bearings allow smooth high speed operation and permit large moment loads.
Speeds up to 150 inches per second (3810 mm) and thrusts up to 418 lbf (1859 N) are achievable with stroke lengths up to 414 inches (10,500 mm)
A low carrier height reduces the overall actuator envelope while the large mounting pattern provides for excellent load stability.

Switches

These actuators offer a wide range of sensing choices.
There are 12 switch choices:
Reed, Solid State PNP (sourcing) or Solid State NPN (sinking); in normally open or normally closed; with flying leads or quick-disconnect.

Commonly used for end-of-stroke positioning, these switches allow drop-in installation anywhere along the entire actuator length. The one-piece design includes the retained fastening hardware and is designed for any open side or bottom slot on the MX. The internal piston magnet is a standard feature, therefore these switches can be installed in the field at any time.

All switches are CE rated and are RoHS compliant.
Switches feature bright red or yellow LED signal indicators; solid state switches also have green LED power indicators.
